Hello, im helping u guys eheh

For those student from UiTM, yep the one who stuck with 1 or 2 paper for final semester. Yang u nak Graduate On Time tu but disebabkan 1 or 2 paper u failed or C- and below, there's a hope gang, don't worry. Still boleh GOT, dengan adanya Supplement Paper eheh yang UiTM provide for you. Yelah, takkan u nak masuk lagi sem baru which means next sem, example for me, i ada 5sems and kalau ada stuck i kena masuk sem 6, tambah lagi 1 sem, tambah lagi yuran pengajian. Kita taknak right?

Supplementary paper ni khas for final year student untuk grad or for degree. BTW, SP ni tak silap i lah paper yang stuck tu 2 and below. Lebih dari 2, hm u masuk la 1 sem lagi. Plus, SP ni hanya untuk pass je okay, dia just naikkan gred to C only. Highest grade dia kasi is C. Jangan pula ada yang buat perangai marah lecturer yang dah buat sehabis baik but still got C only. My lecturer ada cakap yang ni khas untuk GOT sahaja & C grade dah boleh pass. P/s: if you guys punya SP 50/100 and above, lecturer takkan pandang OGA kita dulu. but if below 50, OGA anda akan membantu. 

Yelah takkan UiTM nak seksa student aite? (kind a bit actly).

There's one blog stated that yang SP ni untuk u naikkan lagi gred, contoh macam u dapat B for that subject, ambil SP naik jadikan A. NO NO NO, itu sangat salah. wrong! Haha. It just kind of  helping us to GOT with your other friends. Malu kot u je yang stuck kaaan? 

Okay, i bagitau macam mana i ambil SP. First of all, im telling u guys yang i ni student from UiTM cawangan Kota Kinabalu but im from Shah Alam. 

After i dapat result yang sangat tidak memuaskan, the next day i cari any kind of blog, entry, whatsapp-ing, tanya senior also lecturer how to take this SP. (one of my friend (bff) she helped me as much as i need. Sangat sangat membantu. REALLY!)

First step, i tanya senior & my friend yang ada experience with SP (luckily, ada sorang jenis update dengan lecturer dia and he told me pasal kena register at Student Portal). (u have to buka student portal every hour ok!) Then after register (one day after result keluar, tak silap i dalam jam 10 pagi for register sebab diaorang buka sekejap je. U HAVE TO BANGUN AWAL!) Print everything! ur slip sangat sangat penting!

 I call my UiTM (Sabah) which is unit exam. i tanya about SP status (tarikh, subject). Also, im asking them about tumpang ambil SP at cawangan lain. (Eh hello, takkan la nak ambil 1 paper je sampai kena pergi Sabah kan. Tak kaya.....) Ok back again, after i called them, they told me to buat surat to TNCA UiTM (as u can search for yourself) Surat tu make sure Rasmi, ada alamat apa semua. Halah Surat Kiriman Rasmi form 5 ada belajar kaaaannn. Kena attached with ur email. Masa i buat tu it takes a lot of time srsly sebab the one i contact ni salah email la, email tak sampai la, also EMAIL TAK WUJUD. Nasib la boleh thru whatsapp, kalau tak hm i kena balik Sabah... 

Next, always call them. Keep update. call Unit Exam, call Faculty, call your Coordinator, call your lecturer (actly ni i whatsapp my lect inform yang i akan ambil SP subject dia je. Coz i malu haneeeet), call UiTM Shah Alam (for more info) and call UiTM cawangan yang nak ditumpang. EVERYDAY! call them! Tapi jangan la dah call pergi call lagi lagi lagi, bosan orang tu. Masa i kena, TNCA tak reply my surat, tapi my Unit Exam already updated with UiTM yang i nak tumpang tu which is nice (process ni sangat menyakitkan because u have to call everyone untuk masa depan u and it take days. every morning i buat benda ni)

U have to check student portal part Bursary, fyi SP ni bukan free ok! u kena bayar RM100 per paper.so Bursary ni akan keluarkan bil pelajar. U HAVE TO CHECK EVERY HOUR! and after dah bayar, print it. Resit mesti kena print sebab time ambil SP, u have to show them. 

One day before the paper, person from Unit Exam yang i contact ni baru bagi jadual and tempat SP tu. So u guys need to contact at least one person from Unit Exam thru whatsapp ok. Then u're done! Settle, tinggal ambil SP jewwwwww.

The process; 

1. Contact Unit Exam (UiTM asal)

- ask for jadual SP

2. Contact UiTM Shah Alam

- they will help u bagi number siapa yang u shld call

3. Contact Coordinator 

- inform yang u ambil SP (what subject)

4. Contact Lecturer

- inform u ambil SP under dia punya subject

5. Contact UiTM yang nak tumpang (if ada) 

- tanya if boleh tumpang (based on reasons u bagi kukuh or not, boleh tumpang ke tak.)
